The Planned Giving for Portage County coalition is directed by a Steering Committee (see membership below). This group includes representatives from area nonprofit organizations and local professional advisors who are committed to participating in one of the following committees:

Education Committee

The focus of this group is to provide educational presentations and seminars to representatives of nonprofit organizations for the purpose of providing information useful in accepting gifts from donors, as well as to coordinate with area professionals who wish to provide seminars to the general public with the intent to endorse planned giving.

Marketing Committee

This team is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent organizational identity for Planned Giving for Portage County; encouraging planned giving by the public; coordinating a regional message; and managing media relations on behalf of the organization.
