How will you be remembered?

One of the greatest consolations that one can have on Earth is to see other souls helped by one's efforts.

Planned Giving for Portage County is an alliance of nonprofit organizations and professional advisors in Portage County, Wisconsin focused on educating our community on the value of planned giving.

Planned Giving is a way to:

  • increase and protect lifetime income
  • maximize inheritance for loved ones
  • make a difference for generations to come
  • support the causes you care about most
  • protect lifelong charitable investments
  • ensure your community continues to flourish

Attention Nonprofit Organizations!

Are you and your board interested in securing more estate gifts?
Are you comfortable talking with a donor about making a planned gift?

Planned Giving for Portage County has a short education program available for area nonprofit boards. The presentation asks for 15 minutes of your time at an upcoming meeting. It is presented by a member of Planned Giving for Portage County free of charge. The program explores various ways to leave an estate gift, understanding donor intent and making sure your organization is ready to accept an estate gift.
